FATES WARNING

Fates Warning are a Progressive Metal band from Connecticut who are regarded by many critics as one of the major progressive bands of the eighties. The band has struggled to find consistency over the years, with numerous personnel changes leaving guitarist Jim Matheos as the only original member, along with longtime vocalist Ray Alder. Awaken the Garden is probably the best for new fans to try, although all of their work is highly recommended for fans of progressive metal.
