With a unique and innovative blend of metal and funk, Infectious Grooves, begun as a side project by Stephen Perkins of Jane’s Addiction and Mike Muir of Suicidal Tendencies, shook up the rock community in the nineties with their musical hybrid, starting in 1991 with the album The Plague That Makes Your Booty Move.
