SAIGON KICK (1988–97). Matt Kramer (vocals), Jason Bieler (guitar/vocals), Tom Defile (bass), Phil Varone (drums). Initially a hard rock outfit out of Miami, Saigon Kick was formed in 1988 by lead vocalist Matt Kramer, guitarist Jason Bieler, bassist Tom Defile, and drummer Phil Varone.
